In Loving Memory of John
“Jack” Adolph
DOB 08/05/1939
DOD 06/17/2003
The family of Jack Adolph would like to thank all the friends
and family that have supported us during the past three years.
Jack passed away on June 17, 2003 from Cancer.
He always enjoyed playing pool, so the past two years we’ve
held a tournament in his honor, this year the Tournament has
been set for June 17, 2006 at The Ketch Pen Tavern. This will
be the last one we will have for him.
Three years have gone by without him and it is time to let him
go. Our love and memories of special time with him will always
be with us. We hope you will come and play pool or spend time
with us during the last and final pool tournament.
A 50/50 and other fund raisers will be done to make this last
tournament a success.
Thank you,
Rhea T. Adolph

Broken Chain
John “Jack” Adolph
We little knew that morning
that God was going to call your name
In life we loved you dearly,
in death we do the same.
It broke our hearts to lose you, you did not go alone;
for part of us went with you, the day God called you home.
You left us peaceful memories,
your love is still our guide;
and though we cannot see you, you are always at our side.
Our Family chain is broken,
and nothing seems the same;
but as God calls us one by one,
the chain will link again.

FOR MORGAN AND VIRGIL
I know where you are,
I know that it is you.
You’re up in the sky,
You’re the color blue.
I know that you’re happy,
And your hearts are full of joy.
I know who you’re holding…
It is your little BOY.
I know pain you do not feel,
And sadness you do not know.
Death is a physical thing,
Life is in the soul.
There’s a time for you,
And a time for me.
You’re not trapped anymore,
You were set free.
Sadness I feel,
And tears I cry.
But I have a soul, so there is no goodbye.
So I will wipe my tears,
And never forget.
We will see each other again,
When GOD sees fit.
Love your Sister-Cousin,
Therese Donley
I love and miss you guys very much. This came from my
heart—where you still live, strongly.
PS: I’m keeping our pact Morgan.
